April 7:
- 3:00 pm - Catering Visit

- 6:00 pm - Marriage Sponsor Visit

April 9:

April 10:
- Rest!

I'll be flying into town the morning of April 6, and H. will be arriving the evening of April 7. We'll both be leaving the evening of April 10. So much to do in the time in between! I wonder how my body will react to the two hour time difference. I'll probably get up at ten in the morning feeling like it's the crack of dawn, when really I've wasted half the morning. I'll also probably sit outside in the sun and tell everyone "This is nothing compared to the great A-Z." And I'll be confused when people say they're going to Fry's to pick up some transistors instead of tomatoes.

And now if you'll excuse me, I have a pot roast to attempt.

  2. Yes! I wish I had seen this sooner! After posting I ran out to the store, came back, and threw the roast in the oven. I hope it turns out alright. What's your secret?

  3. Ok, well, you take a 2 lb pot roast and put it in the crockpot. Sprinkle the contents of a package of Liptons onion soup mix atop the meat as well as a quarter cup water. Leave the crockpot on low for 8 hrs. Boila!
If you like potatos and carrots w/your roast, just chop 'em up and throw them in before you put in the meat. They all cook together.

  4. Thank you so much for the recipe! Maybe I can get H. to eat potatoes this way, too.
